ARRIVAL WINDOW IS 1 HOUR so if the arrival time is 1:00pm, please allow a window of 1pm-2pm. Grooming can be unpredictable and we appreciate your patience in this matter. We vow to be as punctual as possible.
Groomer has a 1 hour window of time to show up or you can choose to receive either a full refund or a new scheduled appointment time.
