Cancellation Policy
-Please book your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. -Please allow your groomer a 30 minute time window for arrival.* -Expect to see a courtesy ETA text from your groomer as they are on the way to your home.** ***TEXT 920-838-0977 with concerns or questions. Thank you for booking with us! *Grooming pets can be extremely unpredictable so please understand that arrival time is just an estimate. We will strive to be within 30 minutes of arrival time. **In the case where a groomer feels they will be longer than 30 minutes late you will receive a text with a code for 10% off.
