Service Description

A FREE 15 visit for new clients. Before our “official” grooming visit. Your groomer will come over for a courtesy “Meet & Greet.” introduce the pets and your self to their groomer. We can explain our at-home grooming process to you at this time.

Cancellation Policy

-Please book your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. -Please allow your groomer a 30 minute time window for arrival.* -Expect to see a courtesy ETA text from your groomer as they are on the way to your home.** ***TEXT 920-838-0977 with concerns or questions. Thank you for booking with us! *Grooming pets can be extremely unpredictable so please understand that arrival time is just an estimate. We will strive to be within 30 minutes of arrival time. **In the case where a groomer feels they will be longer than 30 minutes late you will receive a text with a code for 10% off. This text allows you to choose a reschedule to a different time/day, or to choose to keep your appointment. ***If you have prepaid and would like your money back please text number provided.
