BEEP-BEEP-WOOF-MEOW TRY OUR NEW PICK UP/DROP OFF SERVICE for 20% off the entire DELUXE GROOM!!🚗🚕🐾 We will pick up your pet and drop him off when he is done. We pick up within an hour of your actual scheduled time and will text before we leave to give you an eta.
Cancellation Policy
-Please book your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. -Please allow your groomer a 30 minute time window for arrival.* -Expect to see a courtesy ETA text from your groomer as they are on the way to your home.** ***TEXT 920-838-0977 with concerns or questions. Thank you for booking with us! *Grooming pets can be extremely unpredictable so please understand that arrival time is just an estimate. We will strive to be within 30 minutes of arrival time. **In the case where a groomer feels they will be longer than 30 minutes late you will receive a text with a code for 10% off. This text allows you to choose a reschedule to a different time/day, or to choose to keep your appointment. ***If you have prepaid and would like your money back please text number provided.
